Privacy Policy
Fuori.ai website · Last updated: 8 August 2026
This policy covers the website fuori.ai. Our Shopify apps have their own policies: EU Withdrawal Button and Botlight.
Who we are
The data controller is Fuori.ai (Andrea Fabbri). For anything related to your personal data, write to humans@fuori.ai — a real person answers.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, shows no ads, and has no user accounts. We can't profile you because we collect nothing to profile you with.
What we do process
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes technical data — IP address, user agent, requested pages — strictly to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are short-lived and are not used to identify visitors.
Email. If you write to us, we process your address and message to reply. Legal basis: taking steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any follow-up.
Hosting and transfers
The site is served by Vercel Inc. through a global CDN; requests from Europe are typically served from European edge locations, but some processing may occur in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Our products' customer data is a different story — it is hosted exclusively in the EU (see the app policies above).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing — email humans@fuori.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
Changes
If we ever add tools that change this picture (e.g. privacy-friendly analytics), we'll update this page — and if anything requires consent, we'll ask for it first.
